Fitness classes for all ages and mobility, using techniques from belly dance, Bollywood, yoga and qigong. Something for everyone.

Over over 50’s Classes @ Occold Village Hall
Thursdays  10am – 11am £8 pay per class

Workshops for all levels, covering a wide variety of bellydance styles, Bollywood, cabaret and more!

Bellycise Workshops for 2026:

• January 10th ‘Kind to Spine’  a delicious stretch and strength class to reset the spine
• January 24th ‘ Xs and Os’   by request a return to a pop routine 
• February 7th  ‘Bollywood’  always uplifting and energetic
• February 21st  ‘Hat Cabaret’  bring along a hat to a saucy cabaret routine
• March 7th ‘Abs and core’  mini routines and strength-building exercises to really work those core muscles.
• March 21st ‘Gypsy skirt’  for some passionate stomping and swishing
• April 11th  ‘Armography’  adding lots of arm variations to a routine
• April 25th ‘Tambourine’  noisy fun
